Our Company
Lawrence W. Rosine Co. was founded over 60 years ago, in 1957, by Lawrence Rosine. After serving in World War 2, he pursued a Civil Engineering degree and quickly began contracting for commercial flooring jobs. With a focus on public works and healthcare, Larry became known for his dedication to quality and thoroughness.
That legacy still lives on at LWR. We are known specifically for our willingness and ability to get the job done correctly the first time. We are proactive in preventing issues from coming up and aggressively make corrections where needed to keep a project on schedule. Most importantly, we have earned the trust of some of the biggest names in Southern California by standing by our work.
The construction industry is changing and we are changing with it. Reports are expected in hours and updates are communicated daily. We are investing heavily in technologies and procedures that will allow us to keep with the everchanging contracting landscape for another 60 years.

Larry Rosine
PRESIDENT
Larry has over 40 years of experience in the commercial flooring industry. He learned directly from his father, the founder of Lawrence W Rosine Co, and has carried on the tradition of committing to quality first and foremost. He is a huge advocate of developing relationships and treating every job as an opportunity for personal and professional growth. During his time as president, he has worked hard to integrate modern approaches to both floor covering and to to the business as a whole.
Andrew Rosine
VICE PRESIDENT
Andrew worked his way up over the course of 16 years from the field and warehouse to estimation and project management. His background in the field has provided him with intimate knowledge of the conditions that can impact a project, as well as how to deal with them. Due to his hands-on experience, Andrew prides himself on knowing the working details of the different types of flooring that clients are looking for. Like his father before him, he has a passion for quality and reliability that is evident in every job he manages.
Justin Alford
VICE PRESIDENT
Justin is a second-generation commercial flooring project manager with 12 years of experience. His strong business background has served him well as he has grown his expertise and client base. He brings to the table a very diverse portfolio, including medical office buildings, hospitals, schools, and much more.

We've been doing this since 1957, making us the longest-running commercial flooring contractor in Southern California. All that experience directly equates to results. Jobs are performed on-time, on-budget, with a minimum of oversight needed. We've been in business this long due to the trust we've built in the communities we serve.
