Our Story
We have 70 years of experience in flooring service
Lawrence W. Rosine Co. was founded almost 70 years ago, in 1957, by Lawrence Rosine Sr. After serving in World War 2, he pursued a Civil Engineering degree and quickly began contracting for commercial flooring jobs. With a focus on public works and healthcare, Larry became known for his dedication to quality and thoroughness.
Now owned by a third generation of the Rosine Family, that legacy still lives on at LWR. The focus Larry set in 1957 has not moved: public works and healthcare, done thoroughly, done once.
The construction industry is changing, and we are changing with it. Reports are expected in hours now, and updates go out daily. We have put real money into the systems and procedures that make that possible, because the contracting landscape is not going to stop changing. The intent is to still be doing this in another 60 years.
