Broadloom carpet roll on a freshly installed commercial floor

Our Capabilities

Sheet goods, carpet, luxury vinyl tile, and paving, installed in commercial buildings across Southern California.

Four capabilities, one standard of work

Below is what each capability covers, the materials we work with, and the kind of building it usually goes into. If your project needs something you don't see here, call and ask.

  • Sheet Goods

We can install all types of sheet goods including both old-style welded linoleum and newer systems. Our crews have decades of experience and training ensuring that, not matter what type of materials are needed, we have the knowldge to get it installed quickly and correctly. Our journeymen are also capable of completing custom cuts for artistic and branding statements.

Sheet goods suit the buildings LWR has worked in since 1957. Public works facilities and healthcare spaces need a floor that cleans easily and takes constant traffic. Seams are the part of the job that shows, so they are the part we spend the most time on.

  • Carpet

Carpet and carpet tile make a statement in any commercial environment and we have 70 years of installation experience. We can install everything from simple broadloom to carpet tile as well as specialty pattern products.

Broadloom and carpet tile both have a place. Tile makes replacing a damaged area straightforward, which matters in a building you can't shut down. We'll walk the space with you and recommend the one that suits how the floor actually gets used.

  • Luxury Vinyl Tile

Luxury Vinyl Tile and Luxury Vinyl Plank have taken off as preferred products in medium traffic public areas due to their durability and ease of cleaning. For very high traffic and medical environments we also have decades of experience with Vinyl Composite Tile and other high durability and sanitary options.

LVT gives you the look of a wood floor without the maintenance a wood floor demands. It's a common choice for schools, offices, and public buildings where the floor has to look considered and still take a beating.

  • Paving

Paving covers the hard-surface interior floors that are poured and finished in place rather than laid down in sheets or tiles. It suits lobbies, corridors, and any space that needs one continuous surface with no seams to fail.

Terrazzo and poured floors take longer to install than a sheet or tile floor, and they last considerably longer once they are down. They suit the buildings LWR has worked in since 1957: public works facilities and healthcare spaces, where a floor has to survive decades of traffic and cleaning.

We are proactive in preventing issues from coming up, and we aggressively make corrections where they are needed to keep a project on schedule. That is what keeps a job on-time and on-budget, and it is why our sites need a minimum of oversight from you.

Send over the scope, the schedule, and the square footage, and we'll come back with a bid.
